About the Role

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Dispatch Analyst to join our dynamic team and help optimize our supply chain and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities- Review, validate, and process dispatch and order requests for accuracy and completeness.
- Resolve dispatch exceptions promptly and recommend effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Support monthly cycle counts, comprehensive inventory audits, spot checks, and annual stock counts.
- Share daily shipment details with stakeholders and generate weekly reports on processed tickets and overall performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in any field, with a degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline being a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, with a strong focus on supply chain management.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with dispatch planning, order picking, and executing stock counts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
