About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI) is a prolific organization that proffers HR and Management Consultancy solutions premised on excellence and innovation. We are currently recruiting a visionary and results-driven General Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations of our client's superior luxury hotel. In this pivotal executive role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and maintaining the highest international standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Provide overall strategic leadership and operational direction for all hotel departments, including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Finance.
- Develop and implement robust business plans and budgets to achieve revenue targets, high occupancy rates, and profitability.
- Ensure world-class guest service delivery, managing VIP relations, feedback, and escalations with utmost professionalism.
- Monitor financial performance indicators including ADR, RevPAR, and operational costs while enforcing stringent quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute brand positioning and business development initiatives.
- Lead human capital development by fostering a culture of accountability, continuous training, and high performance.
- Oversee facilities management, risk mitigation, and compliance with statutory health, safety, and security regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a strong advantage.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 to 7 years in a senior management role within a luxury hotel.
- Proven track record of managing high-end hospitality operations to international standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of luxury hotel operations, financial management, and business development.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional hospitality certifications will be considered an added advantage.
