Key Responsibilities- Keep all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils spotless, scrub pots and pans, and polish silver to maintain high presentation standards.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure supplies and equipment are always well-stocked and organized for seamless culinary service.
- Perform essential kitchen cleanliness and sanitation tasks, including floor mopping and proper waste removal.
- Support event delivery by preparing and setting up clean serviceware for banquets and special functions.
- Strictly follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including the safe handling of hazardous cleaning substances.
- Promptly report any safety hazards, maintenance needs, or equipment issues to the supervisor on duty.
- Train and mentor new team members to share expertise and help strengthen overall team performance.
- Prior experience working in a kitchen, hospitality, or cleaning services environment is an advantage.
- Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
