About the Role
Dicalo Consulting Group is a leading management consulting firm specializing in business management, accounting, registration, consultancy, international tax advisory, and business plan preparation. We are currently seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to join our team in maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment for our employees, clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises and property areas to check for safety hazards, vulnerabilities, or security risks.
- Monitor entrance gates and reception areas, verifying visitor identification and managing sign-in protocols.
- Operate and monitor security cameras, surveillance equipment, and alarm systems to detect unauthorized access.
- Report any suspicious activities, safety violations, or security breaches promptly to management.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, provide initial assistance during incidents, and coordinate with local emergency services when necessary.
- Ensure all doors, windows, and gates are securely locked outside of standard business hours.
- Minimum of an SSCE or equivalent educational qualification.
- Proven work experience as a Security Guard, Watchman, or in a similar corporate security role.
- Basic knowledge of security camera operations, alarm systems, and emergency response procedures.
- Strong observational skills with high attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polite yet firm demeanor.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
