About the Role
Castville Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated and proactive Procurement Officer to oversee the sourcing and purchasing of high-quality pharmaceutical products and medical supplies. Key Responsibilities- Source and procure pharmaceutical products and medical supplies exclusively from approved, high-standard vendors.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and reliable delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels proactively and coordinate timely stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date procurement records, purchase orders, and documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal company policies and relevant Nigerian pharmaceutical regulations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with external suppliers and internal healthcare teams to optimize supply operations.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management such as CIPS, CPSM, or CIPSMN is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
- Demonstrated strength in vendor negotiation, contract management, and relationship building.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern inventory or procurement management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Must reside close to or around Agodi, Ibadan, as no accommodation is provided.
