Key Responsibilities- Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms and common areas to the highest hospitality standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, restock guest amenities, dust, vacuum, and mop floors regularly.
- Conduct routine facility inspections to identify and report maintenance defects such as faulty plumbing, electrical issues, or broken furniture.
- Monitor inventory levels of housekeeping supplies, toiletries, and cleaning agents while maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with maintenance and administrative teams to ensure reported facility issues are resolved promptly.
- Relevant academic qualifications and proven practical experience in housekeeping or facility stewardship.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
