We are currently looking for a dynamic, results-driven Customer Service / Cook Show Coordinator (CSC) to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will support lead generation, customer engagement, cook-show appointments, and overall sales activities, helping Nigerian families embrace a healthier lifestyle while building a rewarding career for yourself.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct cold calling and execute strategic lead generation campaigns to identify prospective clients.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and ensure timely customer follow-up.
- Schedule and coordinate cook-shows to showcase healthy cooking solutions.
- Foster strong customer relations and maintain high levels of engagement.
- Manage CRM databases and leverage AI tools and automation to optimize sales processes.
- Brief customers and deliver compelling presentations to drive product interest.
- Provide robust sales support and follow up on leads to conversion.
- Minimum of a B.Sc. degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Proven capability to make cold calls and successfully book appointments.
- Exceptional presentation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, digital tools, and AI automation platforms.
- Proactive, highly organized, and target-driven mindset.
- Customer service certification, customer acquisition skills, or tele-sales experience will be an added advantage.
