Key Responsibilities- Prepare and set up apparatus, equipment, and materials for STEM practical classes and demonstrations.
- Maintain, clean, and organize all laboratory equipment, chemicals, and technology tools to ensure safety compliance.
- Assist teachers and students during practical sessions to ensure proper handling of lab equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage inventory of lab supplies, tracking stock levels and submitting timely requisition requests.
- Support the STEM department in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and highly engaging learning environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Science Education, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related STEM field.
- Proven experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably within a secondary school environment.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety standards, protocols, and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to support both students and staff.
