About the Role
Nepal Energy, a leading name in the importation, warehousing, and distribution of petroleum products in Nigeria, is seeking a results-driven and proactive Station Supervisor to join our team in Edo State. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the operational efficiency of our retail outlet, ensuring top-notch customer service, and driving sales targets while upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily station activities, ensuring seamless opening and closing procedures and optimal functionality of pumps, generators, and POS terminals.
- Manage, mentor, and monitor shift personnel including Pump Attendants and Cashiers to ensure adherence to company policies and grooming standards.
- Drive sales targets by monitoring fuel and non-fuel sales, delivering excellent customer service, and swiftly resolving consumer complaints.
- Conduct daily stock reconciliations, monitor fuel levels, and accurately report inventory variances or shortages.
- Enforce strict Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) guidelines, conducting routine safety checks and maintaining firefighting equipment.
- Prepare accurate shift reports and assume full operational leadership in the absence of the Station Manager.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in a relevant discipline.
- 1 to 5 years of cognate experience in petroleum retail operations, supervision, or customer service management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with HSSE standards and inventory management in the downstream oil and gas sector.
