About the Role

Nepal Energy is a renowned leader in the importation, warehousing, and distribution of petroleum products across Nigeria. We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Station Supervisor to join our retail operations team in Port Harcourt.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Station Manager in overseeing daily station operations, ensuring seamless business activities from opening to closing.
  • Supervise station personnel, including pump attendants and cashiers, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and grooming standards.
  • Monitor daily fuel and non-fuel sales, drive target achievement, and ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints.
  • Conduct daily stock reconciliation, monitor fuel inventory levels, and report variances or shortages immediately.
  • Enforce all Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) regulations and conduct routine safety inspections.
  • Prepare accurate shift reports, document equipment faults, and maintain comprehensive operational records.
  • Assume full leadership responsibilities and make critical operational decisions during the absence of the Station Manager.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience within the downstream petroleum sector or retail station management.
  • Strong understanding of HSSE standards, fuel inventory management, and POS operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Must reside in or be willing to work in Woji, Port Harcourt.
