We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Station Manager to join our growing team in Edo.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the retail service station to ensure optimal efficiency and seamless product availability.
- Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both petroleum and non-fuel retail merchandise.
- Manage daily cash collections, banking, financial reconciliations, and implement effective cost-control measures.
- Ensure accurate fuel and general inventory management, minimizing stock losses, shrinkage, and product wastage.
- Lead, recruit, train, and supervise station personnel, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious work culture.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving complaints and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
- Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) standards and statutory regulations.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational, financial, and inventory management reports.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven experience in retail operations, oil and gas, or the FMCG industry.
- At least 1 to 3 years of demonstrated success in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with excellent commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in financial record keeping, cash management, and inventory reconciliation.
- In-depth knowledge of HSSE regulations within the downstream petroleum sector.
