About the Role
Greenville Liquefied Natural Gas Co. Ltd. is a pioneering force in Nigeria's private energy sector, specializing in LNG production and hydrocarbon logistics for industrial and domestic consumption. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Station Manager to lead our station operations, drive revenue growth, and uphold our commitment to safety and excellence in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise regular LNG and LCNG supply, sales operations, and comprehensive documentation processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards, making sure staff consistently utilize PPE and maintain a secure environment for the host community.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimal working condition of all station installations, equipment, and generators.
- Drive revenue growth by analyzing historical sales data, monitoring market trends, and setting realistic weekly targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities through active engagement with local transporters, businesses, and trade associations.
- Design loyalty reward programs, gather customer feedback, and monitor daily market prices to maximize profit margins.
- Manage operational expenses effectively and build strategic partnerships with key local stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; engineering backgrounds with strong commercial experience are welcome.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven administrative and sales experience within FMCG, logistics, CNG/LPG stations, or tank farms.
- Strong expertise in LPG and CNG station management, HSE leadership, and financial management.
- Excellent communication, networking, team building, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational record-keeping systems.
