Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily service station operations to guarantee seamless and efficient workflow.
- Drive sales growth and implement strategies to consistently achieve or exceed established performance targets.
- Supervise station personnel, foster a positive work culture, and monitor staff productivity and discipline.
- Monitor product inventory levels, maintain accurate sales records, oversee cash collections, and perform daily financial reconciliations.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and company operational procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintain professional standards, and promptly resolve customer complaints.
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate sales, inventory, and operational performance reports for management.
- Identify, investigate, and prevent revenue leakages, product losses, and operational irregularities.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in station management, retail operations, or a similar role, preferably within the oil and gas downstream sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of inventory control, sales monitoring, and cash management practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern reporting tools.
