About the Role
Nepal Energy is a leading name in the importation, warehousing, and distribution of petroleum products in Nigeria. Driven by a robust logistics network and strategically positioned retail outlets, we are committed to meeting the nation's energy demands efficiently. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Station Manager to oversee our retail service station located on Upper Sakponba Road, Benin, Edo State, reporting directly to the Area Manager and Regional Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Manage overall day-to-day operations of the retail service station to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual fuel and non-fuel sales targets.
- Oversee daily cash collections, banking, financial reconciliations, and strict adherence to cash-handling controls.
- Ensure accurate fuel stock monitoring, inventory control for lubricants and LPG, and minimization of product shrinkage.
- Lead, recruit, train, and motivate station personnel while fostering a high-performance work culture.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.
- Enforce strict compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) standards and statutory regulations.
- Maintain accurate operational and financial records, and submit regular management reports.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree or HND in a relevant discipline.
- 1 to 5 years of proven experience in station management, retail operations, or the downstream oil and gas sector.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial reconciliation, inventory management, and cash control.
