Nigeria Call for the Expression of Interest for the Supply of Goods, Services, and Works in Borno

About the Role

Ekklesiyar Yan'uwa a Nigeria (EYN Projects) respects and believes in the infinite worth of every individual, demonstrating this commitment through impactful development and humanitarian services in affected communities. We are currently engaging new and existing vendors to be pre-qualified on our supplier database for the supply of various goods, services, and works. Interested eligible vendors based in Biu LGA are invited to apply for pre-qualification, clearly indicating their preferred categories. Existing pre-qualified vendors may also apply if they maintain an active office or physical presence in Biu.

Pre-qualified vendors will be expected to deliver quality goods, professional services, and construction works promptly upon request. Categories open for application include:

• Goods and Services: Supply of food and non-food items, agricultural inputs (livestock, fertilizers), recharge cards, security services, CVA cash/voucher vending, and general consumables or condiments.
• Office Consumables: Provision of flip charts, printing papers, pens, staplers, printer cartridges, sticky notes, and whiteboards.
• Construction Works: Borehole drilling, construction, renovation and rehabilitation, supply of building materials, and sanitation equipment.
• Catering and Hospitality Services: Outdoor catering, hall rentals, canopy and chairs, sound systems, hotel accommodation, and refreshments.
• Logistics: Vehicle rentals and car hire services including 4x4 Highlanders, trucks, and wagon vehicles.

Applicants must meet the minimum pre-qualification criteria to be considered for our supplier database:

• Must possess valid legal status, including Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registration and demonstrable tax compliance.
• Must submit an Expression of Interest on the company letterhead as an essential part of the application.
• Must provide evidence of relevant experience, personnel credentials, and valid CEO identification cards.
• Must demonstrate a stable financial position relevant to the applied category.
• Must have an established physical office or presence in Biu LGA, Borno State.
