About the Role
COISCO Integrated Resources and Petroleum Limited, a leading indigenous downstream oil and gas company, is seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Station Cashier for our Awo-Omamma outlet in Imo State. We pride ourselves on passion, grit, and leadership, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to manage our station's financial transactions with high integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and accurately account for daily cash collections from Customer Service Attendants.
- Verify all cash collections against sales records and generate daily reconciliation reports.
- Ensure prompt and accurate banking of all station collections in line with company financial procedures.
- Safeguard cash in custody and maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions.
- Report cash shortages, discrepancies, or operational irregularities immediately to management.
- Collaborate closely with the Station Manager, Finance, and Audit teams to maintain strong financial controls.
- Possession of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a cashiering, accounting, or finance role within the downstream oil and gas sector is an added advantage.
- Strong numerical aptitude, exceptional attention to detail, and proven record-keeping skills.
- High level of personal integrity, honesty, and accountability.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other digital office productivity tools.
