About the Role
New Incentives is a US-based nonprofit implementing life-saving health-related cash transfer programs in developing countries. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced States Partnership Manager (Supply-Side) to lead our strategic interventions aimed at improving vaccine supply and cold chain efficiency across Northern Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze supply-side data daily via the DHIS2 platform to assess trends and prompt urgent stockout interventions.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide 4 to 5 officer-level staff within the stakeholder relations and supply-side unit.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with national and state-level health ministries, agencies, and key immunization stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at SERICC and LERICC meetings across priority states and local government areas.
- Coordinate closely with internal program managers to explore data and innovate against established supply-chain interventions.
- Master's degree or PhD in Public Health, Health Sciences, or Social Sciences.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience working on immunization programs, health non-profits, or government health agencies.
- Extensive technical expertise utilizing Nigeria's DHIS2 interface and vaccine logistics systems.
- Currently residing in an ABAE-operating state (Bauchi, Gombe, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, Niger, Yobe, Zamfara) or willing to relocate.
- Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of the Hausa language is a distinct advantage.
