About the Role

Venmac Resources Limited is an emerging hotel management company committed to exceptional hospitality standards. We are seeking an experienced, disciplined, and highly professional Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead security operations for our 4-star hotel located in Life Camp, Abuja. In this pivotal role, you will ensure a safe environment for guests, employees, and assets, while playing a crucial part in upgrading security protocols during the hotel's ongoing remodeling phase.

As the Chief Security Officer, you will direct all daily security functions and emergency protocols. Your primary duties will include:

• Overseeing daily security operations, personnel, and patrol schedules across the hotel premises.
• Managing access control for contractors, suppliers, and visitors during the hotel remodeling phase.
• Supervising CCTV monitoring, alarm systems, and security equipment maintenance.
• Developing and executing emergency response, crisis management, and fire safety protocols.
• Conducting thorough investigations of security incidents and compiling accurate reports for management.
• Liaising professionally with local law enforcement and emergency response agencies.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant security operations experience, ideally within hospitality, corporate, or high-traffic residential settings.
• Proven background in a supervisory or security management role leading a team.
• Strong working knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems and modern access control technologies.
• Exceptional crisis management, conflict resolution, and report-writing skills.
• Physical fitness, mental alertness, and the ability to remain calm under high-pressure situations.
• Prior military, law enforcement, or professional security certifications will be an added advantage.
