About the Role
P-GAT Industries is seeking a results-driven State Customer & Market Development Officer to champion the ATRaS Mobility Ecosystem, a landmark N300 billion transport modernization and green initiative launched in mid-2026 to revolutionize regional logistics and transportation across Northeast Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our market penetration strategies, foster vital stakeholder relationships, and accelerate customer acquisition to drastically cut commuting costs and empower the local economy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead comprehensive customer acquisition and market development activities across assigned operational locations within Adamawa State.
- Design, develop, and execute localized market strategies to monitor customer growth and expand ATRaS services.
- Coordinate strategic outreach programs, community engagements, and partnership opportunities to drive brand visibility and adoption.
- Analyze regional market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer feedback to optimize service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and guide field teams to achieve commercial targets and deliver exceptional customer support.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of robust, relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer growth, or commercial functions.
- A Master's Degree in a relevant field will be considered a distinct added advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in market analysis, stakeholder relationship management, advanced negotiation, and team leadership.
- Ability and willingness to participate in active field operations across Adamawa State.
