About the Role
ABUAD Healthcare Limited is a licensed Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) dedicated to delivering comprehensive health insurance solutions to individuals, families, and businesses throughout Nigeria. We are seeking experienced and compassionate Staff Nurses/Midwives to join our dynamic healthcare team and contribute to our mission of providing accessible, quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and clinical support in accordance with professional nursing and midwifery standards
- Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans
- Administer medications and medical treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and patient progress, documenting findings accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations and ethical standards
- Support maternal and child health services where applicable
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Registered Midwife (RM) certification
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to continuous professional development
