We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced ITTS-Transfer Pricing Associate to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, gaining hands-on exposure to complex international tax issues, transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, and advisory projects within a globally recognized professional services firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the accurate filing of transfer pricing and Country-by-Country Reporting obligations in compliance with local regulations and OECD guidelines.
  • Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation reports, including Master Files and Local Files.
  • Conduct robust economic, functional, and comparability analyses using specialized databases and research tools.
  • Support the development, design, and implementation of effective transfer pricing policies and strategies for multinational clients.
  • Assist in managing transfer pricing audits, controversy matters, and cross-functional tax, legal, and finance projects.
  • Stay abreast of dynamic changes in Nigerian tax laws, global transfer pricing regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute actively to business development initiatives, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
  • Mentor graduate trainees and interns while fostering a collaborative knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of dedicated professional experience in transfer pricing or international tax.
  • Strong, practical understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and Nigerian transfer pricing regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical, financial research, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement.
  • High level of attention to detail with proven capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
