We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced ITTS-Transfer Pricing Associate to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Assist with the accurate filing of transfer pricing and Country-by-Country Reporting obligations in compliance with local regulations and OECD guidelines.
- Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation reports, including Master Files and Local Files.
- Conduct robust economic, functional, and comparability analyses using specialized databases and research tools.
- Support the development, design, and implementation of effective transfer pricing policies and strategies for multinational clients.
- Assist in managing transfer pricing audits, controversy matters, and cross-functional tax, legal, and finance projects.
- Stay abreast of dynamic changes in Nigerian tax laws, global transfer pricing regulations, and industry best practices.
- Contribute actively to business development initiatives, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
- Mentor graduate trainees and interns while fostering a collaborative knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of dedicated professional experience in transfer pricing or international tax.
- Strong, practical understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and Nigerian transfer pricing regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, financial research, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement.
- High level of attention to detail with proven capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
