We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff member to join our ITTS - Transfer Pricing team in Nigeria. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, gaining hands-on exposure to complex international tax issues, advisory projects, and transfer pricing compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the accurate filing of transfer pricing and Country-by-Country Reporting obligations to ensure strict compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation reports, including Master Files and Local Files, in alignment with OECD guidelines.
- Conduct detailed economic, functional, and comparability analyses using specialized databases and research tools.
- Support the design, development, and implementation of robust transfer pricing policies and strategies for multinational clients.
- Assist in managing transfer pricing audits and controversy matters alongside cross-functional tax, legal, and finance teams.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and team knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in transfer pricing or international taxation.
- Strong, practical understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and Nigerian transfer pricing regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, research, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
