About the Role
The Dangote Group is one of Africa's most diversified business conglomerates, renowned for excellence, manufacturing leadership, and quality products. We are currently looking for a results-driven Senior SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic SAP Delivery environment. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of best-in-class talent acquisition and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless experiences for candidates and new hires while aligning HR technology with overarching business strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders to map current recruitment and onboarding processes, identify gaps, and design future-state solutions.
- Configure and implement end-to-end recruitment lifecycle solutions including job requisitions, applicant tracking, interview management, and offer workflows.
- Deploy comprehensive onboarding systems covering document management, task automation, cross-functional integrations, and new hire portals.
- Define integration points between recruitment modules and core HRIS, payroll, and background-checking vendors to ensure seamless data flows.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, execute UAT, and manage defect resolution for flawless solution deployment.
- Provide expert post-go-live support, develop training materials, and mentor junior consultants to foster internal capability.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on consulting experience in HR technology implementations focusing on recruitment and onboarding.
- Proven track record of 3-4 full lifecycle implementations using SAP SuccessFactors or Workday Recruiting/Onboarding modules.
- Deep functional expertise in end-to-end talent acquisition and compliance-driven onboarding practices.
- Strong client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and project management skills.
- Active SAP SuccessFactors or Workday Recruiting/Onboarding certifications are highly preferred.
