About the Role
Tempkers Limited is a dynamic global freelance marketplace and tech-outsourcing community connecting innovative organizations with skilled professionals. We are currently looking for an experienced, commercially minded HR Manager to lead our people management function and build robust HR systems that support a high-performing, accountable, and professional workforce in Abuja, FCT.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic HR policies, processes, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, recruitment, and seamless onboarding processes.
- Design and continuously improve performance management systems, KPIs, and structured review processes.
- Manage employee relations, mediate conflicts, resolve grievances, and ensure fair disciplinary practices.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian employment laws and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Oversee daily HR operations including payroll inputs, benefits administration, and attendance tracking.
- Drive learning and development initiatives to build internal talent pipelines and employee capabilities.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in labor laws, employee relations, performance management, and HR analytics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Abuja, FCT.
