We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Special Needs Tutor specializing in English Language to join our remote teaching team and make a meaningful impact on our students' lives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and personalized online English Language lessons tailored to students with special educational needs.
- Adapt standard teaching methodologies, materials, and pacing to meet individual learning requirements and cognitive abilities.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to parents and the academic team.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging virtual learning environment that builds student confidence.
- Collaborate with other educators and specialists to ensure holistic student development and academic achievement.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, Special Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven teaching experience, specifically working with children with special educational needs.
- Demonstrated ability to modify curriculum and teaching styles for diverse learning styles.
- Exceptional patience, empathy, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
