About the Role
We are recruiting a dedicated Special Education School Teacher for our British International School. This is an excellent opportunity to support students across various classes who require specialized learning assistance. Key Responsibilities- Provide specialized learning support to pupils across various classes based on identified educational needs
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each learner's requirements
- Support learners with Autism, ADHD, and other learning support needs using evidence-based strategies
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and the Learning Support Unit to ensure coordinated, cohesive support
- Monitor learner progress systematically and maintain detailed records of interventions and outcomes
- Create an inclusive, respectful, and supportive learning environment that celebrates diversity
- Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Special Education or equivalent SEN-related qualification
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in special education or learning support
- Proven expertise in IEP development and implementation
- Experience working with students with Autism, ADHD, or other learning support needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills appropriate to school environments
- Demonstrated commitment to professional excellence and student-centered learning
