About the Role
A.G. Leventis (Nigeria) Plc, a leading and innovative corporate driving force across West Africa, is seeking a diligent and experienced Spare Parts Officer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of all spare parts, components, consumables, and accessories in stock.
- Monitor stock levels continuously and identify minimum, maximum, and reorder thresholds.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile physical quantities with ERP and system records.
- Ensure proper identification, labelling, coding, and categorization of all spare parts.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels specifically for critical and fast-moving truck parts.
- Receive authorized requests for spare parts from the workshop and other approved users.
- Issue parts efficiently against approved job cards, work orders, and store requisitions.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in spare parts, inventory, stores, procurement, or warehouse management.
- Previous working experience in a truck, heavy-duty vehicle, automotive, logistics, transport, or fleet maintenance environment is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with an ERP or inventory management system, with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Strong ability to identify parts using part numbers, specifications, vehicle models, chassis numbers, and engine types.
