We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Spare Parts Officer to join our growing team and help maintain our high standards of operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming spare parts and technical accessories.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely replenishment requests to prevent stockouts.
- Issue spare parts to technicians and service personnel based on authorized requests.
- Maintain proper identification, labeling, storage, and organization of all items in the spare parts store.
- Conduct routine physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Track fast-moving, slow-moving, and obsolete spare parts to minimize losses.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory control policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in spare parts management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in using ERP inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, record-keeping, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic technical understanding of spare parts and electronic components.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure.
