About the Role
ORÍKÌ is a luxury skincare and wellness brand that fuses natural ingredients with scientific research to create extraordinary personal care products and unforgettable spa experiences. We are looking for skilled, warm, and professional Spa Therapists to join our growing team and deliver exceptional wellness treatments to our health-conscious clientele in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a wide range of professional services including facials, massages, waxing, body treatments, manicures, and pedicures.
- Assess client skin types and recommend suitable skincare treatments and ORÍKÌ products for at-home care.
- Maintain high hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards across all treatment areas.
- Ensure proper care, sterilization, and maintenance of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a relaxing, memorable client experience.
- Support retail sales targets and participate in product upselling activities.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- Valid professional certification in spa therapy, cosmetology, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience working as a Spa Therapist in a reputable spa or wellness establishment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various skin types and advanced spa treatment techniques.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury service environment.
