About the Role
Fadac Resources is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Officer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting efficient stock handling, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the timely movement of merchandise to our various company boutiques.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming stock shipments in compliance with company standards.
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise efficiently according to generated orders and transfer requirements.
- Coordinate and manage smooth stock transfers from the central warehouse to designated retail boutiques.
- Maintain meticulously accurate inventory records and ensure proper, systematic stock organization.
- Assist regularly with physical stock counts, audits, and thorough inventory reconciliations.
- Ensure all warehouse operational processes strictly adhere to established company health, safety, and procedural standards.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven, relevant experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Solid understanding of modern stock management principles and general warehouse workflows.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and calmly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
