Key Responsibilities- Perform professional facials, body massage, and waxing services with meticulous attention to detail.
- Consult with clients thoroughly to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care regimens.
- Maintain treatment rooms to the highest hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records of client treatments, product preferences, and progress.
- Proactively upsell retail skincare products and specialized treatment packages to meet sales targets.
- Ensure overall client comfort, satisfaction, and safety throughout their visit.
- Minimum qualification of an HND in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a spa therapist or aesthetic assistant.
- Extensive practical skill in delivering facials, various body massages, and waxing services.
- Good foundational knowledge of skincare products, active ingredients, and holistic treatments.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining immaculate hygiene standards.
