About the Role
Dermaoaks Aesthetics and Laser Clinic is a premier, women-owned medical spa and clinical skincare practice based in Gbagada, Lagos. Founded and directed by Suzan Uduak Tunji, a professional medical aesthetician with a foundational academic background in Anatomy, the clinic specializes in evidence-based cosmetic care and scientific skin analysis. We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Spa Therapist to join our growing team of professionals, helping clients achieve their skincare and wellness goals in a luxurious, clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform professional spa treatments, facials, body treatments, and clinical skin therapies according to clinic protocols.
- Conduct thorough skin analysis and consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and home-care regimens.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in the treatment rooms at all times.
- Educate clients on proper skincare maintenance, wellness practices, and the benefits of specific procedures.
- Manage appointment schedules, client records, and inventory of spa products efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a relaxing, welcoming, and transformative client experience.
- Relevant certification in Spa Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Spa Therapist or Esthetician, preferably within a medical spa or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, cosmetic care, and advanced skincare techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, women-led professional healthcare environment.
- Residency in or around Gbagada, Lagos, with reliable commuting flexibility.
