We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Spa Therapist to join our dynamic team of professionals. In this role, you will deliver advanced, clinical-grade skin enhancements, anti-aging therapies, and comprehensive body wellness treatments to our esteemed clientele in a luxurious and serene environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform professional massage therapies, body treatments, and specialized wellness services tailored to individual client needs.
- Consult with clients to assess their skin and body concerns, recommending appropriate clinic treatments and home-care regimens.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in the treatment rooms in accordance with industry and medical regulations.
- Educate clients on the benefits of various aesthetic and wellness procedures offered at the clinic.
- Manage inventory of spa supplies, ensuring treatment rooms are fully stocked, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high client retention and satisfaction rates.
- Candidates should possess a relevant certification or qualification in Spa Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience working in a spa, wellness centre, or aesthetic clinic environment.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage or body treatment techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
