FMR Agency is seeking a dedicated and result-ोरेंटed Spa Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our partner luxury spa facility in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, managing a talented team of spa therapists, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer care. Key Responsibilities- Supervise the daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth, efficient, and luxurious service delivery.
- Coordinate and supervise spa therapists and support staff, monitoring attendance, punctuality, and professional grooming.
- Ensure all treatments and wellness services are delivered strictly according to the spa’s premium quality standards.
- Manage customer enquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat bookings.
- Drive business growth and sales by actively promoting spa services, special packages, and retail wellness products.
- Oversee daily booking schedules, inventory levels, and ensure the spa environment is impeccably clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports for management and support ongoing staff training and development initiatives.
- Proven professional experience working in a spa, beauty, hospitality, or high-end customer service environment.
- Previous supervisory, team lead, or management experience is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
- Highly organized, responsible, and capable of driving results in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be available to work a Monday through Saturday schedule.
