FMR Agency is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Spa Supervisor to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards of service excellence, managing daily facility operations, and leading a talented team of beauty professionals to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the beauty centre to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate spa and salon staff to maintain high productivity.
- Ensure excellent customer service and drive client retention through personalized engagement.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and professional conduct.
- Handle client appointments, inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels of stock, equipment, and general facility hygiene standards.
- Prepare comprehensive operational and performance reports for upper management.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a spa, salon, aesthetics, or beauty business.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
