About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled, creative, and customer-focused Hairstylist to provide professional hair care and styling services to hotel guests and esteemed clients. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality services, maintain excellent hygiene standards, and ensure a comfortable, satisfying customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with clients to understand their preferred hairstyles, treatments, and desired outcomes.
- Provide professional hair styling, cutting, washing, treatment, and finishing services.
- Perform braiding, natural hair styling, extensions, and wig styling based on client needs.
- Recommend suitable hair care products and treatments to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain clean, organised, and hygienic workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Handle hair products and chemicals safely according to established procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with current hairstyling trends, techniques, and customer preferences.
- Handle client concerns professionally and ensure a welcoming, personalised experience.
- Minimum of a Secondary School certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Professional training or certification in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, or Beauty Therapy is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Hairstylist in a reputable salon or spa environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in managing a wide range of hair textures, natural hair, braiding, extensions, and wigs.
- Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and adherence to strict hygiene standards.
