Key Responsibilities- Undergo specialized training on company software solutions, deployment workflows, and technical support procedures.
- Assist the technical team with software installation, configuration, deployment, and system updates.
- Provide reliable first-level technical support to users and troubleshoot day-to-day software issues efficiently.
- Investigate reported technical problems, identify root causes, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Communicate professionally with users to understand, diagnose, and resolve their technical concerns.
- Learn basic coding and scripting languages to assist with minor software improvements and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate closely with development and engineering teams to resolve application-related challenges.
- Document technical solutions, operating procedures, and recurring system issues for future reference.
- Continuously expand your technical knowledge and understanding of enterprise software systems.
- Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
