Key Responsibilities- Undertake comprehensive software testing and troubleshooting tasks for web and mobile applications.
- Draft, update, and interpret quality assurance policies, procedures, standards, and test templates.
- Plan, conduct, and monitor product testing and inspections to ensure rigorous quality control.
- Collect and analyze data on current quality standards to identify key areas for system improvement.
- Investigate client complaints and non-conformance issues proactively across various internal teams.
- Analyze software and systems to mitigate risks and prevent potential software issues.
- Detect bugs and errors accurately, tracking them effectively using collaboration tools like Jira.
- Create robust test cases, test strategies, and comprehensive test plan documents.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management Technology, Statistics, or a closely related field.
- At least six months of hands-on experience in testing mobile applications and websites.
- Solid understanding of Unit, Functional, Load, and API testing, alongside automated testing concepts.
- Familiarity with web data aggregation testing, data analysis, and automated testing tools.
- Working knowledge of Python is considered a strong added advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven bug-finding capabilities.
- Must currently reside in Abuja, Nigeria, and be available for a Pre-NYSC internship.
