About the Role
Helium Health is a premier full-service Healthtech company providing innovative technological solutions for healthcare providers, payers, and patients across emerging markets, anchored by our flagship SaaS-based electronic medical records and hospital management information system. We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to drive our infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud scalability to support our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with product management, operations, quality assurance, and software engineering teams to deliver robust technical solutions.
- Configure and manage remote cloud infrastructure within AWS and Azure environments.
- Design, engineer, and own the roadmap for DevOps CI/CD tooling, platforms, and automation orchestration.
- Support the development team with cloud-based application configurations for seamless deployment and monitoring.
- Ensure all deployed services are security-hardened and adhere to industry best practices throughout the automation lifecycle.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience working in a dedicated DevOps or infrastructure role.
- Strong hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash, with the ability to troubleshoot code in PHP, JavaScript, or Elixir.
- Demonstrated experience building reusable Terraform code and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
- Strong understanding of relational databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL alongside Redis.
