Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive instruction on assigned IT and software engineering courses according to Aptech standards.
- Provide practical, hands-on training and real-world examples to enhance the student learning experience.
- Mentor, guide, and support students throughout their academic journey to ensure optimal engagement and success.
- Create a motivating and inclusive learning environment that inspires students to achieve their full potential.
- Assess and evaluate student performance regularly through projects, assignments, quizzes, and formal examinations.
- Stay abreast of emerging industry trends, tools, and technologies, integrating them seamlessly into teaching materials and classroom sessions.
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in teaching, technical training, or equivalent hands-on industry experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in full-stack development tools including Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong competence in modern software frameworks such as React, Spring, and Django.
- Familiarity with database administration tools including MS SQL, MongoDB, and MySQL.
- Knowledge of emerging fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Analytics is a strong advantage.
