Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for children in Play Group through Nursery 2.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, communication, and physical development.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and individual developmental needs.
- Adapt learning activities to meet diverse needs and abilities within the classroom.
- Build positive, collaborative relationships with children, parents, guardians, and colleagues.
- Maintain effective classroom routines and positive behavior support strategies.
- Participate actively in school activities, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or NCE in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven teaching experience in an Early Years or preschool setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and play-based teaching practices.
- Exceptional classroom management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Patience, warmth, and attentiveness to the unique needs of young children.
- Good digital literacy and readiness to integrate educational technology.
