About the Role
Online Foodstuff Store Limited is a leading retail and supply chain company dedicated to making quality foodstuffs accessible and affordable across Nigeria. We are currently looking for a skilled, solution-oriented Software Developer to join our dynamic team and help scale our digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and improve robust web applications to support our growing retail and supply chain operations.
- Leverage Claude Code and AI-assisted software development tools to accelerate product delivery.
- Design, build, and manage databases, APIs, and seamless third-party integrations.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement version control using Git and adhere to industry best software development practices.
- Collaborate effectively while working independently to take full ownership of tasks and meet critical deadlines.
- Proven experience in web application development using Laravel/PHP.
- Proficiency in Claude Code and AI-assisted programming workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of databases, APIs, and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with modern web technologies such as JavaScript, React, Vue.js, Node.js, MySQL, Docker, and AWS is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean code, manage Git workflows, and adapt to new technologies as required.
