We are currently looking for a dynamic Social Media Officer to join our growing team and help us expand our digital footprint while promoting vital eye health awareness across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, and TikTok
- Manage a consistent posting schedule while maintaining our brand voice and image
- Monitor comments and messages, and respond promptly and professionally
- Track page insights and analytics to prepare periodic performance reports
- Collaborate with clinic staff to source creative content ideas including health tips, patient testimonials, promotions, and events
- Stay ahead of social media trends and recommend innovative strategies to grow our reach
- Support online reputation management by professionally addressing reviews and feedback
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Solid working knowledge of major platforms including Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, and TikTok
- A robust portfolio of previous social media campaigns required for submission
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- A creative eye for visual content, graphic design, and emerging digital trends
