We are currently looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Officer to join our vibrant team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our brand's voice online, driving digital engagement, and executing targeted campaigns that align with our organizational growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create engaging, high-quality, and SEO-friendly text, image, and video content tailored to specific target audiences.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to continuously optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Engage actively with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a strong online community around the Golca Resources Services brand.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate regular reports to measure return on investment and audience engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and HR teams to promote company initiatives, job vacancies, and service offerings.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience managing corporate social media accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools, content management systems, and graphic design software such as Canva.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, audience targeting, and community management in the Nigerian market.
- Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
