About the Role
Royal Farms Integrated Products Limited, a leading Nigerian agribusiness and food distribution company headquartered in Aba, Abia State, is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will champion our digital voice, driving brand awareness and customer engagement across all major social media platforms. You will translate our agricultural excellence and premium food distribution services into compelling digital stories that resonate with wholesale and retail markets across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and brand identity.
- Create, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content including text, images, and videos across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Monitor social media metrics and trends using analytical tools to optimize campaign performance and audience reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote new agro-allied products, special offers, and corporate milestones.
- Manage community interactions, respond to customer inquiries promptly, and build positive relationships with followers and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, agricultural industry developments, and social media best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Social Media Manager or similar digital marketing role, preferably within the FMCG or agribusiness sector.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong eye for visual content creation.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian digital landscape and audience behavior.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
