About the Role
Rise Networks is a premier Data Science, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence-powered learning and research company based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are dedicated to youth skills development, digital transformation, and governance innovation aligned with the 4th Industrial Revolution. We are currently seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Partnerships & Community Organisation Specialist to expand our ecosystem and strengthen stakeholder engagement across our technology and social-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, research, and secure strategic partnerships with tech companies, government agencies, NGOs, and academic institutions to support organisational goals.
- Develop partnership proposals, concept notes, Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), and manage engagement databases.
- Build, grow, and manage vibrant online and offline communities centered around AI, technology, and education.
- Coordinate impactful community events, hackathons, webinars, meetups, and stakeholder workshops.
- Collaborate with internal technical, research, and communications teams to execute partnership-led projects and mobilise key participants.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to community growth, partnership deliverables, and overall engagement impact.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in partnerships, community management, stakeholder engagement, or business development.
- Demonstrated success in building professional networks and managing institutional relationships within the tech, education, or social-impact sectors.
- Strong proposal writing, presentation, negotiation, and cross-functional project coordination skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, community platforms, and collaboration tools like Google Workspace.
- A deep passion for artificial intelligence, youth empowerment, digital innovation, and community building in Nigeria.
