We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Intern to expand our digital footprint and support our sales-driven recruitment brand.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in creating, editing, and publishing engaging daily content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and build meaningful relationships with job seekers and employers.
- Support the marketing and sales teams by tracking social media analytics and reporting on performance metrics.
- Brainstorm innovative campaign ideas to boost brand awareness and attract top-tier talent to our talent pool.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital trends, algorithm changes, and social media best practices in the Nigerian market.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media accounts or digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, creative, and drive-to-thrive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, sales-focused recruitment environment.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a strong advantage.
