About the Role
Ellasot Consulting bridges the gap for SMEs, entrepreneurs, and organizations by providing vital coaching, mentoring, and training to maximize business growth and profitability. We are currently looking for a dynamic Social Media Handler and Content Creator to develop engaging digital content, manage our online platforms, and align all marketing materials with our core brand objectives.
This is a hybrid role based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The successful candidate will work remotely on most days while reporting to the office once or twice a week.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, grow, and monitor the company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
- Design professional graphics, flyers, carousels, and motion assets using Canva.
- Shoot high-quality mobile videos and edit engaging short-form and long-form content using CapCut.
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and calls to action while engaging with our target audience.
- Track social media performance metrics and recommend data-driven strategies to boost reach and conversions.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of practical experience managing business or professional social media accounts.
- Proficiency in using Canva and CapCut for graphic design and video editing.
- Demonstrable expertise in mobile videography, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics across major platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for brand consistency.
- Must reside in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, and be available for hybrid work arrangements.
