Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Design engaging and creative content, graphics, and copy to promote our tech training, consultancy, and digital services.
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and community engagement to optimize reach and audience interaction.
- Collaborate with the project and marketing teams to align social media campaigns with company objectives.
- Respond to comments, inquiries, and messages in a professional and timely manner to build a strong online community.
- Strong passion for technology, digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
