About the Role

We are currently seeking a creative and organized Social Media Executive to strengthen our online presence and communicate effectively with our audience and clients across Nigeria. In this role, you will plan and publish engaging content, manage our social media channels, respond professionally to inquiries, and track campaign results to support our overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage a strategic social media content calendar supporting company services, campaigns, and corporate objectives.
- Create, write, and publish engaging content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Produce or coordinate graphics, short videos, reels, stories, and other digital content to boost brand visibility.
- Manage comments and direct messages, responding to routine inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather approved content, updates, and educational materials.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, and campaign results.
- Keep up with platform features and digital trends, applying them to fit the company's professional standards.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and protect the confidentiality and reputation of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven social media or digital marketing experience managing corporate or brand accounts.
- A robust portfolio or demonstrable examples of previous successful campaigns and content creation.
- Proficiency with social media scheduling, analytics, and basic design or video-editing tools.
- Prior experience in a professional services, corporate, or regulated environment will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong writing, editing, visual storytelling, and interpersonal communication skills.
